At the heart of the system is a lightweight, compression-less housing constructed with a Kevlar fibre overbraid, combining flexibility and strength for optimal cable performance. Inside, a pre-lubed liner ensures silky-smooth operation with minimal friction, giving you crisp and consistent shifting. The sealed alloy ferrules feature a custom brass insert and seal O-ring washer, which prevent dirt and moisture from entering the outer housing, maintaining long-term performance even in harsh conditions.
The stainless steel inner wires are PTFE-coated and self-lubricating, offering a friction-free, ultra-slick surface for maximum shifting accuracy. Each wire is pre-stretched to eliminate slack, providing instant, responsive gear changes and improved durability over time.
