Just had our sons bike serviced and many new add ons to make it look new again. Outstanding service. Thanks
Used Uberbike for a few years now across multiple bikes. I run their pads exclusively as they’re the best I’ve found. The race matrix for uk year round riding on analogue bikes are brilliant and their ematrix (currently without fins) are lasting well and stopping very well on my 26kg 170mm e-bike even after two days in Afan.
I’ve had bottom brackets, headsets, headset spacers, brake hose kits etc and the quality is always bang on.
Just ordered my first set of tubeless valves from them too and I’m excited to see what they’re like. Service is always exceptional, the once or twice I’ve reached out they’ve been fast and helpful. Ordered some new finned pads and valves today, already received my Royal Mail delivery window for tomorrow.
Keep up the great work!
Can't fault the service from Uber bike. Great prices and products. Quick responses from customer services and quick dispatch.
UBERBIKE are a very good company to deal with, easy to communicate with, very helpful with enquirys and easy to return un-fitted items and advise on the correct item required.
UBERBIKE is my go to retailer for quality items, great customer service and speedy shipping.
When I have submitted questions regarding product information covering many aspects either through email or Whatsapp they have always replied to me in quick time.
When I recently ordered the incorrect item I was put in the right direction to the correct item for me I made my order straight away and received them in quick time when I returned the incorrectly ordered item back to them I received refund notification in quick time.
There was much polite communication through our emails and all was sorted to a great outcome, well done UBERBIKE!
Uberbike, lots of shiny things for your bike, great service and reasonable prices. The brake pads are very good value.
Took bike for a service. Done within 24 hours. Cheap and informative. Would recommend
I have used Uber bike for many years now and have really been disappointed with my purchases. From bottom brackets to hydraulic brake hoses, gear cables, brake pads etc. always love the colour options available to brighten a dull world and good quality at a great price point.
This is the only shop that I was able to find purple brakes pads that I was looking for
