The Uberbike Zero Stack ZS44/28.6 | ZS56/40 Semi Integrated headset is the latest premium upgrade component in our controls range, which are compatible for use with MTB, eMTB, Road and Gravel bikes.

Headset Code Explained

Upper Cup - 

ZS - (Zero Stack) An internal headset cup which allows the bearings to sit flush or below the headtube.

44 - The internal diameter of the upper headtube.

28.6 - The diameter in mm of the upper section of the fork steerer tube, also known as 1-⅛”.


Lower Cup -

ZS - (Zero Stack) An internal headset cup which allows the bearings to sit flush or below the headtube.

56 - The internal diameter of the lower headtube.

40 - The diameter in mm of the lower section of the fork steerer tube, also known as 1.5”.

Full name of the headset now reads ZS44/28.6 | ZS56/40.

Upgraded titanium coated stainless bearings for superior wear and corrosion resistance with reduced friction, which extends bearing life. 

Comprehensive upper and lower weather seals to protect the headset internals.

Stack Height - 13mm+ 3mm =16mm

Supplied with our ‘Always Flatout’ designs CNC alloy stem top cap. Compression nut and stainless headset bolt.

Available in Black, Bronze, Orange, Purple, Blue, Red anodised finishes.
